Special Programs

• • Your PTA brought in several programs like Marty the Magician, Dallas Opera, NED and Dinosaur George in years past to help educate and enrich the students' lives.

Special Events

• • We run many events throughout the school year such as: Ice Cream Social, Walk/Bike to School Day, Boo Hoo Yahoo Breakfast, Earth Day, Red Ribbon Week, Honors Program, Family Glow Dance and Watch Dogs.

School Improvements

• • We have purchased new benches, playground cover, flag pole, stage curtain, event stage sound equipment and many new books for classrooms and the library.

Technology

• • The PTA purchased the electronic sign on the front lawn and also iPads and Smart Boards for the classrooms. 

Teacher/Student Grants

• • Funds have been used to purchase supplies for teacher classrooms as well as to allow teachers to attend professional development events.

Teacher/Student Appreciation

• • The PTA runs programs all year for Student Appreciation such as Birthday Table, Honor Roll recognition and Mighty Mustang. For teachers, we bring in treats through out the year and during Teacher Appreciation Week to let them know how much we appreciate their dedication to our students.
